What began in the 1970s as one family's deep love for hand-crafted textiles has grown into one of America's most trusted fine rug importers. The Wahi family has spent over 50 years traveling to the great rug-weaving regions of the world — India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey and beyond — building direct relationships with master weavers and artisan families.

1980s
The Wahi family being the weavers since 1970's begins exporting hand-knotted rugs from India first time to European union.
1980s–1990s
Expansion across more countries and first time exporting in USA and Canada.
2002s
Second generation joins the business. Warehouse network expanded to New York & Chicago, enabling direct Wholesale across America on road.
2007s
Expansion across the East Coast. Opening of the first flagship retail showroom in Virginia Beach, Virginia — one of the largest rug galleries on the Atlantic seaboard.
2024s–Present
